This event is open to all club members, friends of club members and non-members as well. This is a standing event the 2nd Sunday of any month and is not owned by SoCoVelo. So attendance can vary widely depending on time of year, weather conditions and other factors.
Meet in the Fountain Library parking lot at 8am and be ready to get wheels rolling no later than 8:15am (we've got to make breakfast before they close at 10am).
The route is 40 miles with around 1,500 feet of elevation gain. You can view the route online for more details. It will be a no-drop ride with a full regroup at food. Typical pace is 14+mph with options for faster riders to go ahead and could double back.
Around the halfway point the group will stop at the Hanover Fire Station to eat (south-east corner of route). It's a cash breakfast with many breakfast items made to order. Would estimate around 5 dollars would set you up plus it's nice to drop a good tip since it's a fundraiser.
