Weekly SoCoVelo Zwift Meetup!
Riding inside is way more fun with virtual friends! We will attempt to hold a once a week, 1 hour Zwift Meetup. We will try various days of the week and times of day to try to maximize attendance. We will work to keep all rides around the 1.5 - 2.0 w/kg range to make them very accessible. So if that range is tough use it as your workout, if that's easy for you use it as your warm-up or recovery.
