SOCO Velo Acacia Ride (60ish miles)
START: latest arrival time 0850 with a roll-out at 0900
LOCATION: Criterium Bike Shop (Do not park in their parking lot)

FOCUS: We will ride the popular Acacia route, but instead of racing it as some do on Saturdays, we will keep the tempo at more of a steady 16-18mph average.
REGROUP: Regroups will occur will occur if needed; however, please download the map in case you need to navigate back without the group.
SAFETY: Rear lights are MANDATORY and recommend front flashers if you have them.
FOCUS, SAFETY & REGROUP: Riders need to be prepared for a much bigger day both physically with training and preparation with hydration/food/mechanical fixes. We will make sure that no one is left behind without a plan, but the group needs to maintain about an 16-18 mph average in order to finish at a reasonable time.
Hydration & Fuel
Make sure to be prepared with enough food and water. We will stop if necessary for a refuel, but be prepared in case the group is clicking and wants to press on.
